Dr. Daniel Cotter
Daniel M. Cotter, MD, is a native of Buffalo NY. A graduate of the University of Buffalo with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1999, he attended the University at Buffalo’s School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences and earned a Doctorate of Medicine in 2003. He completed an internship in internal medicine at the Sisters of Charity Hospital in Buffalo in 2004 and completed a residency program in Ophthalmology in 2007 at the University at Buffalo Medical Consortium where he worked at the Erie County Medical Center Hospital, Women and Children’s Hospital of Buffalo, and the Veterans Administration Hospital of Buffalo. His specialties include cataract surgery and the medical and surgical management of glaucoma. Dr. Cotter is licensed to practice medicine and surgery in the states of California and New York. He recently contributed to medical missionary work in Ixtapan de la Sal, Mexico with Medical Ministries International. He is member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and he is eligible for board certification through the American Board of Ophthalmology.

Dr. Brenda Andersen
Dr. Brenda Andersen earned her doctorate in Optometry from Southern California College of Optometry. She has a special interest in pediatrics and visual impairments associated with brain injuries.
Dr. Andersen is a member of the American Optometric Association and has lectured at the San Diego Brain Injury Foundation, San Diego Rehabilitation Institute, Fontana Kaiser Permanente, Grossmont School District and San Diego City College.

Dr. Quang Nguyen obtained a degree in Optometry from State University of New York College of Optometry. He has California diagnostic and therapeutic drug licenses. Dr. Nguyen specializes in treating Ocular Disease. He is a member of the American Optometric Association and the California Optometric Association

Dr. Theresa Nguyen
Dr. Theresa Nguyen has been a member of the American Optometric Association since 1997. She earned her doctorate degree in Optometry and a Bachelor of Science degree in Visual Science from Pennsylvania College of Optometry.
Dr. Nguyen practices General Optometry with a special interest in providing eye care for the geriatric population. She is a member of the California Optometric Association, San Diego Optometric Society, Asian Health Professional Association and the Sacramento Valley Optometric Society.

Dr. Catherine Soriano
Dr. Catherine Soriano earned her doctorate in Optometry from the Illinois
College of Optometry. She has a special interest in ocular disease. Including
English, Dr. Soriano can speak Tagalog and some Spanish.
Dr. Soriano is a member of the American Optometric Association, the AOA
Contact Lens and Cornea Section, the California Optometric Association and the
San Diego County Optometric Society.
